walikweb (a sole proprietorship in Miami, Florida) takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for any personal data you submit through this site.
2 · What we collect
When you submit our contact form or message us directly, we collect:
- Name — to address you
- Email address — to reply
- Business name or industry — to understand your needs
- Message contents— what you've told us
- Phone number — only if you provide it via call/text
We do not collect health, financial, or special-category personal data through this site.
3 · How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send a quote
- To deliver services we've agreed to
- To send occasional project updates (only to active clients)
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, dispute resolution)
4 · We don't sell your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. The only third parties that touch your data are the tools we use to operate (email provider, hosting, payment processor) — each only what is strictly necessary.
6 · GDPR & CCPA rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to processing or restrict it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
California residents (CCPA): we do not sell personal information. You may request a record of any data we hold about you and ask us to delete it. We will respond within 45 days.
7 · Data retention
We retain inquiry messages for 2 years, then delete them. Client project records are retained for 7 years to meet tax/legal obligations, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
8 · Contact for data requests
To exercise any of these rights, email walikweb@gmail.com with the subject “Data request.” We respond inside 30 days (45 for CCPA).
